While I was visiting my parents in AZ my sister-n-law asked if I had time to take family photos. I am pleased with the place we were able to go take the pictures but kinda frustrated at how the exposures turned out. We were running out of daylight quickly because the sun was setting and it was already an overcast day. Hence.....most of the pics turned out less than sharp and kinda noisy. It bugs me when I get them home and this is the case. I want a new camera! HaHa! Can I blame it on that!?! Ü

SF Girls

These girls are some of my favorite friends in the whole world as we spent lots of time together while our hubbies were in school in San Francisco. We arranged a fun getaway weekend in San Francisco to get together once again. We had such a great time being together again in the city. We just had to go to our favorite beach which holds lots of memories for us as it was just down the hill from our apt. Here is where we could hear the crashing waves at night through our open windows, the fog horns, see the great view of the Pacific, walk to the beach on the sunny days which were few and far between, and even enjoy some time there on those cloudy not so sunny days. We had picnics, we played in the sand and waded in the cold water. It was such a great weekend we couldn't pass up the opportunity to visit Baker Beach. One of the girls started playing with her camera and taking pictures of the girls individually....I jumped in and joined in on the fun! Here are some of the pictures I got of these fabulous and gorgeous girls! I was so excited to get home and photoshop these pictures just to clean up and sharpen them a bit and of course I did some some edits too--maybe those are for another post. Ü

This is one of my all time favorite photos of my little guy and his Grandpa. Our camera was quite new to us still when we took a trip to the mountains. I was playing around with it and captured this little precious moment. Those wide eyes and the sweet little loves. I wanted to see what it looked like in chocolate bw. And I like it!

This was taken a while back in the mountains of Santa Cruz. Such a fun little moment in time!

This one I edited a lot. Well, I put a new background on it. Just added some texture and took away some of the shadows that I captured on the wall because I don't have a nice flash to hide that kinda stuff!

Since I took pics of Kaden the other day for his 5 yr old pictures. I decided I would get the other two boys out for an update as well.

This is the only one I could get of this little boy! He was too busy running around to sit still for any "cheeses"
